Starbucks - Eau Claire

Not impressed. I visited from the city and was a little uncertain how to order. the person who took my order seemed upset by him instead of helping. I got a drink that tasted like hot chocolate with coffee. I’m scavenging in the regular coffee shops of caribou to dieucks to mom and pop shops and always appreciate when they go out of their way to they feel welcome and help them when they need it. this is one of the only star reviews I have ever given

Nice friendly staff who suggested a drink similar to an out of season drink and it was great! The inside is clean and nice to sit to enjoy a mocha.

Customer service, speed, and presentation is always spot on. I have one issue, and I think it is just a change in beans or recipe, but the cold brew has lost a lot of flavor/strength. It isn't just this Starbucks, but every one I've been to. But bad quality, just noticably weaker then normal.

Line is always long but it moves very fast! The people who work here are very speedy and friendly. I rarely have anything bad to say about any Starbucks locations. <3

Got an iced apple crisp macchiato it was pretty good definitely worth trying if you like apple flavors. Pretty busy location and lobby is currently closed so drive through lines can be a bit long
