Cancun Mexican Grill - Eau Claire

Cancun has been my go to for years now. Ever since I went the first time my freshman year of high school I fell in love with the food, the service, and the employees. Every time I come to the restaurant I am greeted as if I am family and it makes the experience 10x better. The food is unbelievable as well. I’ve tried all of the other Mexican grills in Eau Claire because I’m a die hard Mexican food fan, and nothing has came close to Cancun. One thing that stands out over all of the other restaurants is the cheese dip. You will NOT be disappointed trust me. If your looking for a place to bring any out of town relatives, or bring anyone for their birthday. Trust me! Bring them to Cancun. I absolutely love this place!!!

Juan and Nico provide top notch customer service and treat you like family! They could not be more attentive and ready to help with anything you need. The food is and has been the best in EC for so long always fresh and high quality. The house hot sauce and queso make everything taste even better! My favorite spot forever it’s like an oasis in Mexico but your in Wisconsin the atmosphere is unmatched. So much love for Cancun West! Keep being the best guys your customers appreciate everything you do!

This place is one of a kind in the Eau Claire area. With the COVID-19 stuff going on, its one of the only places in town you can still dine in. Wonderful atmosphere, great service, and well worth the money. If you have not ate here, you need too.

The rice and beans were cold, which made them very unappetizing. This really diminished my enjoyment of the meal. When I brought this up to my server, she said she would pass on the feedback. I'm not sure what that actually entails.
