Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Eatontown

This is probably the cleanest Popeyes I have ever visited, and one of the cleanest fast food establishments I have been to. It may have been because we arrived early for dinner after their afternoon cleaning, but there was no grease on the tables or floors, and the bathrooms were very clean. The spicy chicken sandwich was excellent. The deals were not that great, but I have never found good deals at Popeyes. However, they did offer us more than what we ordered. I should have just ordered a chicken piece. The customer service was good - Tanisha waited on us and even though the manager initially did not offer us water (even though we had a large order), Tanisha gave us a complimentary kids' size drink. Just be aware that you do not get free water or sauces here; you have to pay for them. I am from Arizona, where restaurants always give free water and sauces upon request. Perhaps New Jersey restaurants are now adopting the European model where you have to pay for water, ketchup, and sauces!

The chicken wing was visibly undercooked, with a bone sticking out of it. I immediately asked for it to be removed and thrown in the trash as soon as it was brought to the table.

I had the worst experience at Popeyes! I placed an online order for pickup at 2:45, but when I arrived 35 minutes early, there were only 2 people in line and 1 person in the pickup area. Despite being next in line, the server ignored me to help other customers first. When I finally got his attention and told him I was here to pick up an online order, he couldn't find it. After looking through a stack of papers, he located my order, which was 8 minutes past its pickup time. I ended up waiting an additional 12 minutes for my food. I ordered 3 meals and asked for 8 sauce packets, but the server insisted it would cost extra and only gave me 4. I didn't mind paying the extra dollar, but when I handed him the money, he pocketed it instead of putting it in the register. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a Popeyes or any other fast food restaurant. I won't be returning to this location, as it seems the management doesn't have control over their franchisees. Absolutely ridiculous! I will not be giving Popeyes my business again.

Popeyes in whole new jersey. I was here regularly, but that was the last one. I would give them, if possible, zero stars. I could see the kitchen dirty and the cook presses the dirt from the metal surface around the frit in the oil with a spat. I have seen how they make my sandwich several times with no gloves over my many visits here. absolutely disgusting! the personal speaks hardly English and they try to argue with them badly and talk to them. God forbid you to ask for something. they also speak evil bout them in hindi. No matter how much they order, they calculate them for immersing sauces like the cheap skates they are. I had a $80 order, and they didn't have the courtesy to give me free sauce. Apparently it comes only with offered and nuggets. the staff is rude and impatient and the riders are always cold and soggy as if they were sitting around. the haw is a hit or miss. sometimes old and dry and sometimes undercooked and raw (see pictures.) sandwiches are always cold and soggy as they are prefabricated and the manager have no idea about the customer service and are absolutely susceptible to everything. they save their hard earned money and avoid this place at all costs.

We had dinner here and the location was fairly empty with only one other table. It was around 6:30. Food was good and as expected for Popeyes and there were two staff helping to fill the order. The man was kind and attentive while the woman was apathetic and rude.
