below average. I get breakfast 5 days in the week and the bagels I got today were on par with generic business brand quality. also paid for extra cheese and get a less than average amount anyway. no ketchup on the secs after ordering with ketchup. overall disappointed. I absolutely adore this place. It has the best bagels in town, and that's saying a lot coming from someone from New Jersey. The sandwiches are fantastic, and the staff is so friendly. They always greet me warmly whenever I visit, which is quite often, and I always look forward to it.
The bagels and cream cheese here are fantastic, but I was disappointed with my bland and watery veggie sandwich. We always impress our guests by getting bagels from this place whenever we have company.

The best bagels. I was born on Brooklyn, NY and we had a great bagel spot not far from home. Sam's makes the best bagels, better than most places in New York.
