They can't handle the two lane drive thru. if the person at the window isn't verifying the orders, the orders at some point will get switched and you'll pay and end up with someone else's order.management was useless in trying to navigate the app and said they didn't have my order, even though they took my promo code at one of two drive through speakers. the person who cut me off in line paid and took my order.You can look order history in the app you would think a manager would know that especially one that's been there for a few years. I left before I found it because I had already waited 20 mins in line and needless to say i didn't take it well that they had no intention of honoring the coupon. Shame I left before I found out how to use their app. But never take food after you get in an argument.I'll be back to only for free items.
