Jersey Mike's Subs - Easton

I keep coming here because the food is great, but every time I'm disappointed. My order is NIE right. Two times I ordered big Kahuna chickens and got beef. Last time I've forgotten my sandwich all together, just to discover, was beef when I came back and complained. And today... what do you know again beef!!! Between the food mtn Taus instead of regular and now chicken instead of beef I am convinced, maybe I should just get the opposite of what I want to order and all well get it right. Attention to details people!

From all places where we can get a hogie (I just can't call it a sub) this is the only one I bless! The jersey is our current favorite, but you can't go wrong with any sandwiches. Meat and cheese are cut while you observe for any order. It takes minutes. Oh, and the reels are just perfect... they don't overpower the whole compliment it. You know what I mean, sometimes it seems like the role of the star.

Great! As I remembered many years ago in NJ. Friendly service. Freshly cut meat stacked on high and toppings as desired. Waiting by distance was good and the price is low for quality. Clean.

A million times better than the subway ever was. A taste of the NJ Shore for landlocked beach bums. Fresh bread and cut to order cold cuts, puts this place over the top. Get Subs done Mike's Way and you won't be disappointed.

My review is based on the ownership of this location. I ran it during the grand opening and was appalled by the low wages. I was given a goal to build the business up to (200 giant subs per day if I wanted to offer my team raises. After weeks of rising sales we hit a week where we averaged 199.2 per day. Excited I approached Jim, the owner of this location, to see if he would give my team 9-10 per hour if it continued (which was what our area rep encouraged upon opening . I was told there would be no money in the budget for that, about three days after Jim's daughter (who went to Moravian came in for a bunch of free food for her and several friends. Not to mention they forced me to use my teams tips, which are legally part of their wage, to balance the register. (But only if it was short, never put any overages back in. Overall the company is pretty good, the culture they try to build is nice.... Unfortunately this franchise owner is after the money part and no the culture part. If you eat here, the food will be decent, but you are supporting a business who does not support your community, which is sad because that is what drew me to Jersey Mike's initially.
