Costa Coffee in Hedge End, Southampton, is located on the upper floor of Next. It offers ample seating and consistently attracts a good number of customers. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the coffee and food are as excellent as always. View all feedback.

The staff were rude, and they closed an hour earlier than their posted closing time, which isn't the first time that's happened. The service is also very slow, if they happen to be open at all. View all feedback.
The service was slow, but the hot food was generally good. However, one dish was overcooked and burnt. The other four items, on the other hand, were quite enjoyable. The customer service was excellent, and they checked on us throughout our meal. Although we were pressed for time at the end, they made sure to accommodate us. Overall, it wasn't too bad by the end!
The restaurant was quite busy, but the staff did an excellent job! The coffee was good, and the lunch team seemed very happy.
This is a great spot for a quick break. While I'm not a huge fan of the food, that's just my personal taste. Overall, I'd rate it: Food: 3, Service: 5, Atmosphere: 4.
I visited for breakfast and was disappointed to find they had run out of toast. Food: 3/5, Service: 3/5, Atmosphere: 3/5.
