I didn't have to wait long to place my order, and I received it quickly, within about 2 minutes of ordering. The mocha frappe was delicious, and I was very happy with the service and the cleanliness of the establishment. The staff were friendly, and I would highly recommend coming here for a drink. I always get a takeaway coffee from here when I go into the office (two or three times a week . All the team are very friendly and efficient but a special mention for Issy who is particularly friendly and always tops my mocha up right to the top (I have a bit of a thing about this! it is a good start to the day! I arrived about mid morning when I noticed a lone male barista handling a queue of which he was patiently serving a customer who's first language wasn't English. I was wondering as to why there was no one else working with him at that moment but I commend his efforts for soldiering through with no mistakes and making the drinks hot enough to actually enjoy. Actually this is the first Nero where an extra hot drink is actually extra hot. I'm coming to this more than the winchester branch. Would recommend again but hopefully this store gets more staff :
I go here most days, never had a bad coffee, staff are lovely and it's a really calm and happy, chilled out atmosphere.
Best coffee in Eastleigh, always really clean and excellent coffee. Staff are lovely and friendly. Kevin the boss is great and runs a happy team would recommend.
