I was let down by my online delivery provider for my order. I called Best Fry direct and although not their error the guy on shift was excellent, he listened to my moans and organised a fresh delivery direct to me within 30 minutes. Really disappointed with the overall service and food that we received. Absolutely shocking prices for so little food! And the food wasn’t even nice. Tasted stale, so didn’t end up eating the little amount we did receive. Customer service is not good. Amazing chippy!! Fresh Food cooked while you wait. I’ve always had a great experience, it’s not my local but the food is so nice and staff are great that I’m prepared to travel further for the food 5 stars.
