Little Caesars Pizza - Eastlake

Order online at approx. tonight. time pizza was ready for pickup was 6-6:05 clock. my friend just went with our pizza (6:45) manager kristy said they had placed the order wrong. was rude. with short employees, etc. to justify a customer waiting 40 minutes beyond pickup time. would not refund them or something like that! and pizza for the third time, is not even cut all the way thru! finished with this place! get their business together and get manager with some customer service skills. it's all you have, you're not the only one. the difference is how the other business treats its customers. they, kristy lacquer men's skills and should not be in the position that they alone let work with people!

Ordered one pepperoni, one veggie pizzas and rwo bread sticks, the bread sticks hard like steel rod believe they already put on the shelves couple days, and the pepperoni pizza is also a leftovers very bad taste. Very sad.

Three stars just cause I love pizza and a good deal... Unfortunately this location is always difficult to get some pizza always huge line or you get there and there closing at 8. When you can get it though it's decent

Ordered online and said it would take 15 min. Waited 45 min and didn't get full order. Making 2 stars instead of 1 because they refunded my order.
