New China - Eastbourne

There was a chance that our normal Chinese were really busy. pleasantly surprised, we ordered 5 dishes, rice, noodles and 3 different, all were excellent, really impressed by the food and must say better than our usual.

Absolutely disgusted with 1, lying! and 2 the delivery time. we were told 45 minutes to 1 hour. I have resigned after an hour and 15 minutes to say yes 10-15 minutes, they will get it from the asap. now, 2 hours later and our food has not arrived yet. extremely annoyed and disappointed if I had not paid off the card, I would tell them that they don't bother and cancel my order! a bit honesty goes far. when I was told that it will wait a 2 hours, I could sort out my child something to eat instead of waiting for food that has not yet arrived. we're just sorry for the waiting period. that is extremely frustrating that we will not order again. if we could give an evaluation of 0, we would.

Order sweet/sour; chow my; pancake rolls. excellent fresh; delicious; hot. S/S chicken balls juicy. everything was so well cooked, absolutely delicious. would definitely recommend; not only was eating excellent, but the staff, where very helpful courtesy recommend

I'll wait two hours for my escape. at 17.50 clock, she called at 19.10 to say where is my order. then they say they cook it now. even a discount is not offered. hungry and still waiting. I called again and the daughter who is the owner cried on the guy who said no discount had not been 2 hours. I'm sorry, but that's a shame of 1hr.30mins already and still not eating. If you can't cope with the commands that come, don't take them. no other one is so long. Then why are you? I got my lunch 2 hours later, should get some free drinks nothing. also eating was lukewarm, the chicken balls were pink. I believe the authorities must visit them for food quality. no excuses. they have my number to contact me. as its shame....Distribute this amount of food they expect hot food and fantastic eating especially wait 2 hours for it, but nooo was a waste of money. I expect them to call me shaun if I am not at trade standards. I'm waiting for her answer.

Just had a takeaway from the New china in hampden Park and tbh I was a bit unsure if i was making the right choice choice?? Well I was pleasantly surprised to say the least. Quick delivery and the food was excellent! I would definitely...order from them again and I just hope they can keep up the good standard's they set tonight?
