I stopped by this restaurant after a day of skiing and was very satisfied. My group was hungry so we ordered several appetizers and small plates. Everything was delicious and hit the spot perfectly. I will definitely be returning for more! View all feedback.
Great tap house experience. On a temperate October Saturday during ESU alumni weekend, the garage doors were flung wide open, the game was on, and Lorraine was attentively and pleasantly serving up great food and drinks. There were plenty of craft brews on tap for my love and I had the Gold Rush (bourbon, simple syrup, fresh squeezed lemon juice and sage). Steak tacos and build-your-own burger were fresh and on point. Great vibe. We'll be back.
So this place is pretty awesome! It has a very cool vibe. The menu is fresh. The steak with fries and chimicurri is just delicious. Sports bar feel but just a few tvs so it isn't overbearing loud. The whole front wall opens in good weather.
Here friends met for food and drinks. parking is metered street parking and I can see that it is difficult to find parking during the peak hours. in the summer months they open the garage doors, which are on both sides of the beginning for a restaurant in the southern style. nizza u shaped bar in the middle and sitting all around. the server and bartender were always very nice and accommodating. the reason why I didn't give this facility five stars is because for the first time my friends and I came into this restaurant, they were sold out of many items on the menu, more than a few. the last time I was here, I wanted to order a portabella mushroomburger. if they like mushrooms, does that sound good? the server told me thankfully that it is not a funburger. no burger (meat), it is just a bungalow with mushrooms in the middle. I would advise you to emphasize vegan burger somewhere in the description so that people are not confused. if the waitress immediately has to point out, they know exactly about all the accusations that burgers have the wrong impression of what it is. Apart from that, I would definitely recommend to give this establishment an attempt. the Rob-O burger I got at the end was delicious!
We held the 50th birthday party of my wife on the deck. the food, service and atmosphere were prepared for local chef d prepared a special menu for us that contained tasty apps, an amazing paella from fresh seafood and braided short ribs with creamy polnta. mikaela made a great work as a server and distributed meals beautifully and kept the glasses full. Thanks to all at derailed, this is a great night from setting up through dessert.
After searching this part of town while on a family visit, we came down to only a handful of restaurants that seemed to offer more than just standard bar food, where everything is fried and the word fresh usually is preceded by the word frozen. We were happy to see this one in particular and the restaurant across the street offering some more quality items. We were seated in very short order and they had outdoor seating which was a nice feature. I ordered a local IPA, the pour didn't have the standard finger and a half head of foam that I was hoping for (otherwise the bubbles in the drink only end up working itself out in your stomach), but it was really tasty! Next I ordered a pulled pork sandwich which featured an apple slaw and homemade pickles. Easily one of the best I've had, and the apple slaw was a really pleasant touch especially in the fall! I split this with my wife along with a side of asparagus, which was really meh. It was grilled which was nice, but didn't appear to be seasoned at all. All in all though, really enjoyed the experience, and would come back if we are in the area for sure. If the beer pour was better or asparagus was seasoned I would have given this 5 stars.
