That mcdonald is not bad. I only visit twice in the year mcdonalds and this is the one we always visit. we visit ca. 7 o'clock in the evening, its never too busy, service is in the regular quite fast. Eating, it is mcdonald’s like all mcdonald’s that I suspect.
I've been here many times, always eat hot and what we ordered. quick drivethru, they have changed it recently, so there are two picking stations that make the dinge faster. inside is clean. server polite and friendly. good parking lot. her classic mcdonald’s menu. would recommend a visit.
Long wait for food, customer service terrible and manager no interested in how customers feel. Lots of people waiting and priority given to delivery companies!!
I have previously (not necessarily on trip advisor) with a very positive review, even recommending Derby users to come here. Over the last few months quality and service has reduced drastically. This evening, again, no drive through service. Unlike General McArthur, I shall not return.
