excellent BBQ connection directly at the interstate. a few eyes after the opening. the brisket was tender and hot; the wings were tender, hot and juicy; the waffelfries were good; the potato salad was amazing! the house bbq is the best; sweet spicy has a nice twang to it; smokey hot has a good heat on it. many parking places, easy drive through this is accessible for cars train trailers! I went to Big Momma and order some baked beans and they were burnt. I called at 8:18pm a young lady answered the phone and I asked to speak to the manager. She placed the phone down then I hear another girl asked who is that and the girl who answer the phone said “I don’t know she asked for a manager” while still on hold other conversation were being held then someone pick the phone up and placed me back on hold.
