What Sherpa29315172905 doesn't like about North Star:
Took friends from Scotland for Sunday lunch and although service was very good the food presented was very poor! The fish and Scampi were tasteless, the vegetables consisted of frozen chips, watery mashed potatoes, carrot, peas and shredded white cabbage all of which had any flavour extracted in the cooking. Once again excellent food and service at a reasonable price. I only eat here now on my trips to Bridlington and Bempton Cliffs.
Had a gorgeous meal here. Food was delicious, tasty and well presented. Service was excellent with friendly, helpful and informative staff, nothing was to much trouble. A comfortable restaurant with a cosy bar area.
This is our third visit to the North Star when visiting Flamborough and it didn't disapoint! Excellent Service, friendly and attention to detail, nothing is too much trouble. Food is excellent, good choice and all cooked to perfection and of course the sweet trolley, well stocked with yummy deserts. The trolley transforms you back to the 80s when good service and good selection of desserts were normal!
Lovely little pub ,food spot on as we're the prices for drinks staff go that extra mile ,very warm and inviting place will definitely be back
Menu is very large with plenty of option and food was all delicious. Between us 2e had 3 starters, 2 adult mains, 1 child main and 2 desserts and couldn't fault any of them. All delicious
