Hidden Jem . Look for this when you want classic Chinese in Quogue/Westhampton. Very surprised to find classic food nowadays.

In an area where it’s hard to find good Chinese this place is amazing. The dishes that are supposed to be spicy are actually spicy (not overwhelming though). Most places will skimp on the spice or not make it spicy at all. We’ve never had a bad experience from here. If you like spicy definitely try the Szechuan chicken! Parking: The lot really need some work but that has nothing to do with the business. Whoever owns the property REALLY needs to fix the potholes in the parking area.
This restaurant is located in East Quogue. Very Nice. Food is delicious and the price is good. It is the Hamptons, New York. Amazing.
