What Chris doesn't like about Filetto's:
I feel bad for how terrible this place is. I come twice a week for a buffalo chicken salad with extra chicken. Every single time it’s a different price with less chicken. This time all of the chicken is pink with a completely different buffalo sauce tasted like ketchup. Trashed immediately or I would post a photo. See y’all never. View all feedback.
A gem in the heart of East Northport! The sauce is just right and the meatballs are to die for! Service is fabulous with smiles and courteous efficiency. There is live music on weekends, delicious cocktails and comfortable seating. Definitely worth a trip !

It is still amazing to eat here and see the attention to detail and quality that still exists. No meal is left behind. They are just as good now as they were when they opened. If you have not tried it in a while, go, feel special!
Amazing experience. I was in a party of 20 and everyone was so nice and accommodating to our party. Our food came out so quickly and did not disappoint. Our whole party loved the bar and all the options for cocktails. Our servers were friendly and helped elevate the experience.
I really should try some of their other dishes but the chicken parm is so good, I end up ordering it every time. Delish!
