Chili's Grill - East Northport

Everything was good but the loaded baked potato was just mashed potatoes with cheese and bacon it was ok : .

Wow! I never liked Chilis and I always thought their food was Mediocre chain food , but I was 100% wrong! Perhaps they mastered the art of take out? I have ordered 2x from them in the last week and I still cannot believe it. Food is hot and crispy with no missing sauces. The chipotle shrimp fresh mex bowl is out of this world, and I never order seafood with take out, especially with a chain restaurant, but not with this Chili 's!!! Also- order the Queso, it comes with a giant bag of chips plus salsa (TIP- put the queso in the microwave for 30 seconds, and mix half way though. Plus the big bag of corn chips can be microwaved! Lastly the triple dipper app was well worth the money, fried pickles, burger bites, and wings! I am blown away by this place, please keep up the hard work!!!!!!!!!!

Very skimpy portions on both meals. No dipping sauce for crispers. No condiment on the beans as there usually is.

I arrived late to meet with some friends, and even though we came at an unusual time of night, our bartender Bella was incredibly attentive and friendly. The food was excellent and she made sure we received our meals before the kitchen closed. It's been a long time since I received such great service at a chain restaurant. I will definitely be returning!

We're to start after being seated asked booth to be wiped down was sticky from from soda spilled on seat. Host made a face when asked to clean. Waitress Bianca, took order and drink order. Drink came with little ice asked for cup of ice never brought Foodcame went to use utensils fork had green stuff stuck on it asked for new one Bianca took another tables order and went intokitchen husband had to get up and get utensils himself. Also want to advice floor was dirty had a lot of food papers ect allaround near by booths. Bianca came by asked how was all showed her salt shaker had rust all over top told her she should removefrom table was gross and unsanitary. Waitress never cleared dishes didn't ask if we wanted dessert just told us check was ready.Place wasn't that busy since it was 5:30. Will not be going back anytime soon should be embarrassed by letting place go downhill Mgr. Should be checking this crew and have some higher standards.
