my first visit in this brand. it was just open for lunch service and soon many customers arrived. the gent that served me, explained her product and took my order. everything is bark that fits me well. What mikehX7290PE doesn't like about Five Guys:
I was disappointed with my experience. The fries were not crispy as I had hoped, although there were plenty of them. The burger was too large, and having to choose all the toppings was a hassle. Additionally, I paid £10 for a burger in a bun with fries, which I found to be overpriced. I almost bought a milkshake as well, but it was an extra £5. Overall, I was not satisfied and may not return. View all feedback.

Good place, very busy. easy to park, but, as it is so easy on a retail park to find a place, although it can be very busy. service inside is very slow, so would recommend ordering online first, even if they wait in the car, it is better than waiting in the small restaurant that can sometimes be very crowded. weekday evenings seem pretty quiet. small eating outside. toilets in.
Prior to my visit 2 weeks ago I had only had Five Guys on one other occasion and that was at the restauraunt in Leicester. It's about the same as I remember it being: generally okay, quite costly, average service speed. I had the hamburger and my partner and I shared a large fries befween the two of us. The burger was decent but I felt it was over before it even started (they're not the biggest burgers around). We were given an abundance of fries which was nice (the peanut oil makes them worth it). I'd encourage people to take full advantage of the drinks machine and its free refills too.
I only had the best burger I ever had. I want milkshakes to die. my daughter had the grilled cheese sandwich that she didn't like, but then she's not in a cheese. I tried and thought it was delicious. good value
Good price, tasty food, nice people, fast services, free refill drink
