What Susan G doesn't like about Dunkin':
The donuts have shrunk! At least by a third. The coffee roll is half the size and In addition, I ordered a jelly donut snd there was barely any jelly. Shame on them. View all feedback.
Due to there’s no munchkins available, I asked for a full refund for my mobile order. They refunded me for the cost of 50 munchkins, while REFUSING refund for the tax they already charged on the original order. Why do I have to pay tax for the order been cancelled? I think I would never go back to this location anymore.Food: 1/5
The store always runs out of donuts, the store didn’t have any vanilla hot chocolate or dunkachino left.
One of the best coffee shops for coffee and desserts. The coffee is consistently delicious. The staff is polite. I often visit this place. Very pleasant and calm place. In general, I liked everything.

They never make any of our drinks correctly they are always out of everything and will automatically assume you want a different product off the menu without asking the employees are disrespectful they don't inform you that they're out of the products after you ordered and will give you something else as if you won't realize this isn't just a one time issue this has been every time definitely won't be coming to this location anymore will definitely drive a little further for better service
