We love ordering from this family-owned pizza place. We order from them so frequently that they know our order by heart. The owner always treats us like family, and the staff at Merlino's is always friendly. The food is delicious too! If there is ever a mistake with our order, they are quick to fix it. I've ordered food from merlinos since ron was the owner. always missing something wrong with my order or sauces. story time. a couple of months back, I ordered a circus with fries, no sauce, they gave me a $3 credit, yet had to eat a circus without a sauce that is not so good without the sauce. a few weeks later I ordered another gyroscope and pommes, used the $3 credit. guess what? No sauce. So, it's a few months since I ordered, so I ordered a giro, pommes and salat again. no sauce for my gyro. they will no longer order.
So very angry right now! Ordered a pizza with 3 toppings. Pepperoni, sausage 1/2 green/banana peppers. Picked it up 5 minutes ago only to get home find mushrooms all over it. I am highly allergic to mushrooms. I cannot eat it. They are not answering the phone or taking any online orders. I paid almost $20 to throw away a pizza. My anger is mostly because I have always said this is the best place to get pizza.I would like to add that the next day I called explained what happened. They were so very nice. They basically bent over backwards to correct the situation. They also told me if I order on line there is a place for allergies that will always come up on my account. Cannot thank them enough for their great customer service. I can still highly recommend this amazingly delicious pizza.
I always rave about the cheese steak pizza. After a long day we ordered our food. The first bite of my piece of pizza I pulled a long hair out of my mouth as well as my piece of pizza....
Dirtiest shop I've ever seen. Seen the fat guy walking around with a FLY SWATTER by FOOD!
While the food I've had in the pastwas satisfying, customer serviceneeds improvement. I understandtraining new ppl, and mistakes can be made, but shouldn't be made at the customers expense.They gave me a 20pc split wingsthat I never ordered, but was charged for. I live right behind them, so when I got hung up on, I went there to plead my case. I was so hurt how I was treated. After wanting to give me a 10$ credit, I asked, why on earth would I want to use a credit of mine at this establishment after what happened? So he claims he'll credit 10bucks back to my CC. for 10wings instead, which is all I wanted in the first place. Even tho, the price for 10 wings is 11.99, but ok, that's the way they do business. All of the aggravation simply could have been avoided. I'll be checking my card and let you know if further action on my part is necessary.Please 4give me for the curse word over the phone, I was frustrated but customers shouldn't have to argue about their money, when you make the mistake...09-17-21 it's 9-19-21, my issue has been resolved..Thank You
