The chicken tasted good, it was the KFC I know and love. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly.
I was served by an amazing cashier last night and felt really welcome. The music was amazing and everything started great. When it got about 30 minutes after waiting for an order of a sweet Chilli wrap and four dunked wings, I stood up so that I could be noticed. Fortunately, I was assured that my order was next. Only to find out the order of the wings that appeared on the initial screen did not pull through to the back. I still did not have an issue. What really ticked me off was the way the staff at the back spoke to the cashier when he went to go check with them, and sadly, it happened in my view. I was really upset that they didn't have the decency to acknowledge that it was a system fault and not his fault that had me waiting. I just disapprove of how staff sometimes speak to each other in front of customers. I'm sure the store isn't that bad, but staff relations and customer service will ensure that the store remains a great store.

Clean, friendly fast. They need generator to cover for loadshedding interruptions.
It was a nice experience. When I visited it was not even packed. I waited for less than 10 minutes.
