What LadyPandParker likes about Black Horse:
Parked here before our six-mile round walk as we’d booked in for Sunday lunch. Although there isn’t a separate Sunday lunch menu, the regular menu, special boards and extra specials the staff told us about (great memory) gave plenty of options. For starters we chose Whitby crab salad, pigeon breast (amazing) and Brie brûlée. Mains were duck breast, rabbit, chorizo and sun-dried tomato pie and beer braised Lincolnsire... View all feedback. What Jodie s doesn't like about Black Horse:
Absolutely horrendous. Sat for one and a half hours before starters arrived. Soup was nice but came with 3 triangles of bread instead of crusty roll as stated. Daughter couldn’t even eat her main as the fish smelt awful. Chef looked scruffy and no chef clothes. Food was awful. Never coming again. View all feedback.
