What CarolAstonUK doesn't like about Prezzo:
Poor food and slow service. My friend had the chicken Caesar salad and the lettuce was old and unappealing with little chicken however to be fair the waitress did remove it from the bill. My crab ravioli wasn’t anything like the description on the menu, the lobster bisque was more like a lemon cream and the pasta was dry on top. Decided we wouldn’t come back for a while as very disappointing. View all feedback.
We had my daughter's pre party lunch here. There was 10 in total and we all had a delicious meal. Service was pretty prompt at the beginning but we had to ask for our desserts and the bill on more than one occasion which nearly made us late for the actual party event.
I went there for a birthday and it was amazing! They had very respectable waiters and the food was delicious. We had a mixup with the order that when we returned, came back with another issue, yet the 3rd time we got it back perfectly fine and an additional item from their menu on the house! I would rate higher if I could
We had Dinner here. Very nice Pizza (wood fired oven) Service was very good, but we had to wait quite long for the food (we were a larger party) It was very loud inside.
Lovely food really enjoyed my meal. Had prawn and smoked salmon risotto was excellent!
