Anna's Pizza - East Hartford

Order a BLT club. a blt sandwich. it was said that it was $10,000, so I thought that she quoted the club. we have been loyal customers for 20 years plus we will not make business with them anymore.

This establishment is very unprofessional. I ordered pizza online for it to be delivered by 6:30pm, and did not receive it until 8:20pm after several phone calls. When the delivery man came he told us to NOT order online or else it will always be late. The driver was very rude and did not seem to care that we waited hours for our pizza. Will not be eating here any longer

I ordered 2 pizzas for pick up, was told 20 minutes. Left my house 20 minutes later, maybe 10 minute drive and it’s still not ready. So I wait another 10 minutes behind the counter which has a perfect view into the kitchen…. I see them drop a pizza on the floor and still put it in the box. Yup someone got floor pizza ?

Have had Anna's take out several times. I order a meatball grinder with roasted red peppers and provolone cheese. Pretty simple. Unfortunately for me It is either excellent or terrible. I guess a different cook must be scheduled. Called back to report the quality was poor and waitress who answered was so courteous and offers a remake. I thanked her for the offer. My suggestion for Anna's is if your meal is good, Ask who the cook was and get his schedule!

I went for take out. They were very busy but staff kept making sure I was being helped although I was just waiting for my order. I ordered just a plain cheese pizza and it was excellent. Taste was perfect. Better than any pizza I had in New York city where I am originally from.
