It would be best if they made the tortillas in-house and disposed of them when they become stale. The flour tortillas are almost as thick as pitas, so I recommend getting the thinner ones. Additionally, running out of guacamole should not happen at a Mexican restaurant. Charging $3 for a fresh, larger portion of guacamole is a good deal. We will definitely return.
