What Clyde Hammes doesn't like about Barcola Bistro:
We had the buratta entree which was exceptional. 5 on 5. The service was a little slow and they were being a little skimpy on the bread baskets. Not what I expected from this establishment. As per the main meal I had the eggplant risotto which was good but a little bland in taste. As per desert the Mille fruitless looked amazing but definitely wasn't sweet enough. Barcola is the best restaurant I've eaten at in Montreal. Great food, staff and atmosphere. But the food is to die for!
I love this place. The menu changes everyday and on Thursday they have a degustation menu. The food is great and the staff is fantastic as well. 10/10

Delicious! Lovely food and service! I have had brunch, lunch and dinner and each meal was great.
Small and intimate. Very nice Italian food and an excellent, short wine list. First class staff. Perfect for a casual evening out in Montreal.
