Went here on a girls trip to get an Insane Milkshake and absolutely loved it! The atmosphere was so fun, the food was delicious, and our shake was incredible! Our waiter was so nice. We will go back on our next trip to Orlando! View all feedback.
What Tiffany Steakhouse doesn't like about Sugar Factory:
Our waiter got our order wrong then we asked for something he said sorry they were out but table that sat after us got what we had originally wanted. The restaurant was so cold we had to go get jackets from our car. The food was okay but not great. Will not Return. View all feedback.
They were able to accommodate us although we had a situation with and pushed our booking later
Food was pretty good and very fresh. The restaurant was out of a few things this time. It was a bit noisy but that’s part of the fun.
First time coming and I had a wonderful experiences
The server wasn’t friendly they didn’t have the hot Cheetos burger like the other sugar factory we drove 2 hrs away it wasn’t worth it at all
Our server was wonderful, our food was good. However, our food came out long before we got drinks and one meal took 20 minutes longer than the rest. Call me crazy, I would time the ticket around the well done salmon which shouldn't have taken that long...though it was a very good salad once it finally arrived. Everything in the place is sticky and the bathrooms were out of toilet paper for well over an hour on a Sunday with open tables. It's unfortunate that they seemingly only cater to tourists and don't seem to care about things like loooong ticket times, etc. Never saw a manager though I imagine there was one. Fun for a one off, I want to go back kind of.
