Fairfield Inn Suites Orlando Lake Buena Vista

Worst Marriott EVER. Room 2468 had extreme mold damage and wet floors from ac. Moved to rm 2166 and was told it was the only other option for us with three beds. All the pics are of the SECOND room they put us in. I 'll never prepay Marriott again. Exposed wires, broken face plates on outlets. Outlets that pull out from wall when unplugging charger. And the final f you to the guest? A room window on the ground floor that doesn 't lock, but that doesn 't matter because the window is jammed in place in the earlier metal frame PARTLY OPEN! See the pics. So 100 degree heat humidity and the AC is working overtime to try and handle this. 2166 is just as moldy as the rest of the hotel. This review doesn 't even cover the absolute poor,dejected attitude from the resort staff or the upcharge multiple hidden fees and taxes. Booked an additional room for fellow traveling business partners, their room experience was even worse with actively flooding rooms. Also, this Fairfield Inn refused to take my business partners visa for their incidentals and charged their incidentals to my card. Refused to reverse and charge his card when asked to do so, this is a first in my 39 years of renting hotel rooms. Marriott Bonvoy, this is YOUR brand. This Fairfield Inn reflects so poorly on Marriott I cannot recommend any more Marriott branded hotels anywhere until there is a personalized resolution

I've previously stayed in the Marriott Village but this was my first time staying at this hotel. Overall, the stay was OK. However, the room was extremely humid and smelled like wet carpet when we first came in, had to put the AC very low to get rid of this temporarily. The humidity and smell was even worse at night since we didn't want to have the room freezing cold. Felt like it was more humid inside the room than outdoors. Other than that, the room was clean, quiet and ok. The breakfast was good. Didn't experience long waits for the waffles and everything was stocked up. Easy to find seating to eat especially for a Saturday. Parking was $22/night which tends to be the usual for hotels around the area. The location of the hotel is very convenient and has easy access to Disney, Disney Springs and the outlets. I'm not sure if I would stay there again due to the humidity and smell of the room but for 1 night it was OK.

Good facilities and comfortable, the only bad thing is that they charge for parking

Outdated rooms, terrible services. I’d look somewhere else, even pay a few dollars extra to get some respect from the staff.

I've stayed in this hotel for four times but this last time i've had the worst experience ever. I had three rooms booked at the Hotel but the front desk Staff called Kimberly Bell which was extremelly rude couldn't find them after sometime she managed to find one room but sent me to the Courtyard told me that is was the only room available and the whole complex and they would eventually try to figure out the other two rooms in my reservation. At the Courtyard the treatment was very different! The Front Desk was very helpfull and polite. She managed to find all three rooms of my reservation and transfered all of them to the Courtyard without hesitation or lame excuses. Hand down to Fan for helping me and my familly getting settled.
