Logan's Roadhouse

My wife and I went in for dinner on 4-27-24 at 4:30 PM. We were seated promptly by the Hostess, but that was all the service we received. We left after fifteen minutes of nothing. Not a hi, we will be with you shortly, nothing. It seemed all the waitresses were in the kitchen, talking. As we were leaving I made a comment to an employee about the lack of service and and that we would never return to that restaurant. Her reply was, Okay.

The 12 ounce ribeye that I ordered medium rare came out maybe 3/8 thick and well done. I asked for a do-over.The seafood gumbo my friend ordered was a platter of rice with maybe a half cup of gumbo on it.They were out of the Famous Logan's Onion Rings.When the waitress refilled our unsweetened teas she poured sweet tea which was a bit disconcerting since one of our group is diabetic.All in all, a restaurant that won't see us again.

We were seated quickly but waited over 30 minutes without having our orders taken. We finally got the attention of the oerson that seated us and she said it was her mistake but still nobody even took our drink orders. After patiently waiting 45min we left . Horrible service...i never leave reviews but thus needed to be said.

The sirloin was delicious, cooked perfectly. We also had an Everything salad, and that was very good as well. The wait staff was right on cue too.

Giving it 2 stars only for the onion ring appetizers. Waiter definitely had no desire to be there and the lady rolling silverware made unnecessary snarky comments when we asked for a few sets because our table didn't have any silverware and our waiter never gave us any. After ordering I was told an item was not available so I opted for a steak and it was brought out so undercooked it might as well of had a heart beat. The mashed potatoes were unseasoned and whipped so much, I'm pretty sure they are instant box potatoes. My daughter's penne pasta from the chicken parm was dry and overcooked. Everything is bland and either over or under cooked. Waiter sucked and so did the food...This place is not worth it!
