Contribute FeedbackDespite being long-time supporters of the Winsor House, our most recent visit was quite disappointing. The service was subpar, the server was unhelpful, and our dinner experience fell short. We weren't impressed with the lack of attention and the failure to accommodate a simple request. However, there were some positive reviews for the restaurant, with compliments on the delicious food and excellent service provided. It seems like opinions are divided on the Winsor House, with some patrons enjoying their experience and others feeling let down.
Turkey dinner on Thanksgiving at The Windsor House was delicious! Portions were large and we were happy to have leftovers to take home.Kudos for a great job in this COVID atmosphere

We have been supporters of the Winsor house for a long time, but tonight was our last visit until new ownership takes over. Unfortunately our dinner and service left us very unsatisfied. Our server was terrible. He wouldn’t accommodate a simple request of adding mashed potato’s after informing us they were suddenly out of the entree we had ordered. He was barely attentive and when we asked for a drink after dessert informed us the bar was closed even though many tables around us were enjoying their beverages. Don’t waste your time or money on that final meal, not worth it

The heat did not appear to be on and it was snowing outside, chilly inside. Luckily the food made up for the lack of heat
