We ate here on 8th January 2017. It was quiet as quite early and we were served by a friendly waiter. The menu was fine for vegetarians, we chose from the tapas menu. The service was very good, we did not have to wait too long for our food. When we left I left my bag behind and the waiter ran after us which was definitely beyond the call of duty. The staff was great, very friendly and willing to assist, but the selection of tapas was lacking and the paella was dry and unappealing.

It took an hour for our food to arrive, and when it finally did, it was ice cold.
We had a reservation for 6:30 pm at the restaurant, which was quiet at first but started to get busier and louder. They had a special offer on Tapas before 7:00 pm and a 2 for 1 deal on cocktails. The food was delicious, although I thought the dessert options were a bit lacking. The service was excellent, with friendly and attentive staff. I would recommend La Tasca as a lively and energetic place to enjoy a meal.
