Excellent experience! The service I received was wonderful, and the accommodations were great!

The room was spacious clean. The location was great. The hotel has a beautiful lake behind it. You can walk around the lake paddle boats are available. My room overlooked the lake. It was a great view. I would definitely stay here again.

Rooms are spacious and clean. The view of the pool and lake are amazing and the COOKIES are the BEST!!!

Colby Norling is a fraud and he stole 138 from my card after I already paid for the room. I immediately ask the concierge why I was charged twice and they informed me that they were not sure. I go on to dispute with my bank. And they inform me that the hotel had only one transaction on file. I called the hotel and speak with the Accounting Department Manager,Colby Norling and show him two separate receipts I received for the same charge at different times. Colby then acts as if he does not recognize these receipts at all. He tells me he has only one receipt. I question this more and more and I come to find out that he was aware of the prior charges but he was withholding that information at first which is a huge red flag. I believe Colby Norling should be investigated. My card was charged twice and I had bank statements to prove it. Yet none of that mattered to Colby Norling. I am offended first because I am a Hiltons Honors member and I don’t feel it not one bit! I do not trust this hotel at all anymore even though it’s one of my cities oldest hotels very historic. Colby is not giving it a good name as of now. Fraudulent activity going on over there for sure!
