I've ordered take out and also had delivery from this place, both times, the food was so good. They give you great portions, ask you how much sauce you want, and the fried rice is realllllly good. The hibachi steak is my favorite, for under $12 you can'tbeat it! What User doesn't like about Neo Japan:
Bought there lunch bento which was chicken, white rice, and the 5 options of spring roll, dumpling, salad, sushi, and takoyaki with Uber eats which I was able to do. Half my order was missing the salad, sushi and takoyaki. I thought ok no problem I?lljust call and get this cleared up. The food is very yummy and the service is quite nice but it’s not the most welcoming. the cashiers are respectful nonetheless and then food is soooooo yummy.Food: 5/5

DO NOT EAT HERE! One of the worst places I've ever ate at. They have children around the age of 10-12 years old working up front, handling money and orders. The food had no flavor. I got the teriyaki chicken, shrimp, and steak, I tried my mom's hibachi steak and it tasted just like my steak. They have children working there who are not old enough to work in the US legally. Total waste of money. Don't do it if you're thinking about it!
The service and the atmosphere were the only things I liked about this place. I did have an issue with the employees who were behind the counter tonight. They were way under 16. The child labor laws should do an investigation.The food was not good. Not seasoned at all. The vegetables were not cooked. The scallops were dirty. The rice was the was the only thing actually good about the meal. Not recommended.
The food is wonderful and the kids who work there do such a great job. Love to support this family business!
