I'm always on the hunt for pupusas. pupusas hail from el salvador. I should have known that her menu “guatemalan pupusa” remains. normally a revuelta pupusa shredded pork with spices and cheese. I absolutely love this restaurant and cannot praise it enough. The service is fantastic and the food is delicious with a great atmosphere! It has quickly become my new favorite spot in Durham. Thank you so much!
Oh my goodness, I was hesitant at first, but I have visited three times since then. This place is the closest I can get to Belize, my place of birth. The chicken tamales taste just like my mom used to make. Bless the cook, or cooks, who put their culture into their cooking. Thank you El Chapin, I am extremely grateful.
El Chapin has a lively atmosphere with dining tables next to a small Guatemalan grocery area. I had a great time trying the Pollo en Crema (served almost like a soup) and a churro, and I especially enjoyed the Guatemalan tortillas.
Absolutely amazing! Very authentic, very fresh, quick, and so tasty! And very mild prices! We are definitely going back many more times!
The meat fillet feels tasty because it is neither very cooked nor very thick, cleanliness is seen, very kind Those who attend
