I had Romans from some of their branches and this is by far the best! Their base is so delicious, their really different from the others. It is like crispy on the bottom and soft on the inside. Can't wait until we get back to the area and buy Halal Restaurant from you again. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Roman's Pizza Phoenix:
I bought the thick base pizza, peri peri chicken and it tasted really chewy towards the centre of the pizza slice. I removed the topping only to find that it was raw dough.The dam pizza was not cooked all the way through. I checked a few others and the same problem. Thes rest of the slices were already eaten. This was such a disappointment. So disgusted after I ate most of it. View all feedback.

The food and the presentation was on point. Frontline counter staff was pleasant however my cashier... Was inconsiderate and rude... Whilst ringing up my order... A delivery guy appeared out off the blue and they both started communicating in Zulu.. Something about sauces.. Which she then handed over too him. This transpired for about 5 odd minutes then she turns back and starts a new conversation with the person on the grill... My guess is she was relaying the delivery guys story.. All this while.. I'm standing there with my 3 year old and looking at her wondering is this person even trained too handle the public much less take down an order..? #Baddd Nando's. So the food is always good and that's a great thing however this branch falls short on delivery its either late or mixed up by the staff or so.wthung else. Staff compliment needs attention in paying attention to details and ownership/management needs to pay attention to delivery matters surrounding the store. If it wasn't for the food quality I think this branch would have lost it client base a long time ago.

Ordered nandos after a long time. and to get a stale over baked roll was very disappointed. and the person taking my order couldn't even talk properly I didn't understand what she was saying. Price per person: R 50–100 Food: 2 Service: 1
