I arrived before 14:00 and... read more I stayed at this hotel for a wedding. I made the reservation on the phone and they didn't explain well what time I got into my room. I arrived before 14:00 and my room was not ready but when it was a wedding they made exception and assigned me another room. at the reception were very friendly and immediately solved the problem. you can register at any time (the day of your check-in) but you do not have the room available until 14:00. is paid upon arrival, which expedited my departure, although they were attending someone else who could leave the keys at reception and leave. As for the room, it was very spacious and you could see the suites that are also very spacious, beautiful and with views. It is not a modern hotel, but has all the amenities, it is clean and the bed is very comfortable. It is also in the center of durango, in 5 minutes you reach everywhere. location could not be better.
