First time ever going to the Greenery and I will be returning just for the quality of customer care and service. The lovely Simone helped me pick my first live resin cart -two puffs and I'm at my ideal high. I have a high tolerance so this meant the world to me. I'm excited to test the gummies she recommended. The prices are pretty similar to other Durango dispenserarys I've gone too and I love that they have constant deals, special days, and even a loyalties program. The workers were friendly and informative. There's even postage everywhere stating the exact price of general products -it seemed more available than other places I've been. Simone showed excellent patience when I basically had her pull down a sample of half the merchandise then only buying two things. Overall, The Greenery is a treasure trove, unfortunately hidden in outer Durango. Excited for next time!

First time at a dispensary and Kevin and Simone were absolutely wonderful. No judging whatsoever. So helpful and patient with me. Was able to get the full experience and leave with what I wanted and more. Definitely gonna come back when I'm in town and the loyalty rewards program was nice bc I was able to get 20% off the second time I went in.

The shop itself was beautifully designed with a modern and minimalist aesthetic and the layout was well organized and easy to navigate. The product selection was extensive, and I guess they have worn a variety of brands and price points for all budgets. But what I really liked was Tiffany's attention to detail and her ability to tailor her recommendations to my specific needs. She listened carefully to my preferences and made attentive suggestions that were noticeable. I never felt rushed or under pressure, and their leadership made for a pleasant and stress-free shopping experience. Overall, I recommend The Greenery to anyone looking for a first-class cannabis shopping experience. The shop itself is impressive, but it is the staff, especially Tiffany, that deals with it. She truly embodies what extraordinary customer service should be, and I cannot expect to come back and visit again.
