I visited the place 3 times in the last month and the service was always efficient and with hardly any waiting. the personal is very well informed and trained and they solved and advise professionally all my ask. I contacted various employees both for rat tax matters and for the pension fund of the rate and the help was always excellent. thanks to the fact that dundee city council offers such a great service.

The workers did a satisfactory job overall, but when I checked the inspection the next morning, I saw an unsightly white paint spot on my (not inexpensive) limit. I called the company and mentioned that I needed to file an insurance claim, but all I really want is for the painters to remove that paint spot. I don’t understand why it has to involve so much insurance hassle.
