Cous Cous Cuisine - Dundee City

Basically there were items missing from our order which we waited minutes for. We phoned and were pretty much accused of lying, person on phone was rude, abrupt and in the end hung up on us. Would never consider using this place again

Extremely disappointed with the customer service!! This is my favourite takeaway and although delivery times can be slow on weekends it is usually worth the wait! We ordered kebab meals at the weekend and were prepared to wait the hour and a half for...delivery. When it arrived there was only kebab meals and a portion of chips so I called the takeaway straight away. The person apologised and said we would receive the other meal very soon. After waiting another hour on my mixed kebab, which hadn't arrived, I called back. I was told that I would not receive my kebab as the driver said it was delivered. I tried to explain that there were boxes in the bag but one was a portion of chips which we didn't order and wasn't the larger box containing my mixed kebab. The man on the phone was very abrupt and aggressive and made me feel like I was a criminal and told me that I would not receive my meal or a refund then he hang up! This was my favourite takeaway and I usually recommend but I will never return to Couscous cuisine and will never recommend them again!!!

Food is disgusting from here. Have ordered a delivery from here before, waited an hour for the food to arrive. Did telephone the store and was told that the food had just left the shop It arrived and it was hardly worth the wait. Bland...and oh so much grease! Will never be back here

Nice bright shop where you can see your food being prepared,pleasant aromas and happy staff. Reasonable vegetarian choice. Nice menu. I'm not usually a donner fan but I was given a bit to try and enjoyed it [it was a lot less as fatty as...most places have and good flavor].

I am absolutely furious. I came in here with my sister this evening, she ordered first and paid for a Doner Pizza, cans of coke and a garlic mayonnaise. I then placed my order. Prior to my sister paying the guy was...flirting and then asked for her number; she said no. The management stood laughing. I was then given my food and they asked my sister if she wanted to order something, to which she replied she already had. The guy picked up the order slip from the floor and apologised but when the manager questioned him he then asked my sister to pay for the order. She had already paid for it. He denied she had paid for it and she told him it was him who took the money for her and gave her change; she specifically remembers this detail as she noted his fingernails were dirty. They proceeded to accuse my sister of lying and effectively trying to be a thief. She was distraught. I then asked them to look at the CCTV and they said no; so they took my sister's money and did not give her the food. Firstly, they take the money first when you order, so why would there be an order slip if she hadn't paid?! Secondly, I can only assume the guy has done this on purpose due to my sister refusing to give him her number. My parents have called several times and they keep getting hung up on and told The answer is still no . We have now contacted the police and will be contacting local media too to make them aware of this. Please AVOID at all costs (especially if you are female)!
