Whataburger - Duncanville

This location is always short-staffed especially before 6am.. after waiting 20 minutes my food was cold...

This place sucks bad service can't get order right long wait every time avoid this spot

This Whataburger experience was alright. It probably wasn't a fair estimation of them, really. The cars in front of us scratched eachothers vehicles. So that took a while. Then I ordered no bun with my burger because I can't eat bread. They did do it, it was good. That took a minute too. Then they forgot our Dr. Pepper Milkshake. We finally got that after the whole pull to the side bit. They gave us tons of fries in our medium fry order. They didn't upcharge for mustard mayo which was nice. The employees were great. I think everyone was thrown by that fender bender in the line. It all turned out okay. Thanks for reading. Linda

I’ve been going to this store for over a decade now. And I don’t plan on going to a different one because this one’s close and I’m lazy. Most of the time the service is pretty good, but this time was quite slow. I understand the food scene, it can get backed up during a rush. So I was patient and waited. 30 minutes is my patiently waiting time. But once you start getting to the point where it would have been faster to go to a real restaurant, that’s an issue for me, and my hungry stomach. 41 minutes from the time I ordered to the time I got my food. They gave me a free apple pie and upgraded me to a large fry though, so I’m not mad.

Orders at the windows take TOO long. Fries are never well done when requested, and easy ice, please in the drink often falls on deaf ears.
