Absolutely love this subway. I go there weekly as I work across the street and the service is always great. The workers are very nice, helpful and efficient. They can get really busy at times but in my experience the wait is never really long. Probably the best Subway staff and location I’ve ever experienced. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Subway:
As we started to eat, a delivery person arrived to pick up an order. The person behind the counter apologized to them for not having the sandwich they had requested. The delivery person seemed confused and asked if she had been drinking, to which she denied. The sandwich had tuna on the top instead of the requested meat, and she mentioned calling the customer to see if they would accept the substitution, but never fo... View all feedback.
There was great help the young man gave. I would hope they have more tomato?
I placed an order via the app and when I made it to the restaurant, I was told they had none of the ingredients for the items I ordered. I asked for a refund and was told one could not be issued. I’ve been trying to speak to a manager for days. I’ve even contacted the corporate office and I’m still waiting for a response. I will never visit this location again
10/19/21. You don’t close until 10pm it’s currently 8:45pm and your staff tells me you are out of bread. But you remain open with lights on as if you have what customers are coming to purchase. How can you run a business when your staff doesn’t even bother to make sure bread is prepped and made for the customers who keeps this franchise open.. as soon as I walk in the little girls behind the counter immediately yells out “we’re out of bread” no apology for the inconvenience or anything, no sign on the door upon entrance NOTHING. They could care less and will continue to sit behind the counter on their phones. Horrible experience and I will never be back.. Manager and owner of this franchise should be ashamed no wonder your store has all these negative reviews now and you would think after the pandemic you would do everything to keep your customers happy to remain open but you clearly don’t care
That big younger lady that works there is a horrible employee that doesn't even want to make your sandwich the correct way. She not willing to fix it and has the nastiest attitude. How do you argue with the customer about the food I am paying for? I only go to this subway for Ms.Bridget s excellent service. After the Bigger lady threw the bread she messed up that I asked her to change she immediately had an attitude so my son and I walked out. How is she still working there? Corporate needs to handle her specifically because it's not the first nor the second time I've had a bad experience with her.
