Wendy's - Duncansville

I stopped on the way to work a morning and ordered the new French Toast Sticks meal when I arrived at work, I opened the bag and took my first and last bite! The sticks were saturated in fat, which was very old. I called the restaurant and told them and the manager said she would put my name on a list and that I could stop and get every breakfast I wanted to be a substitute. A few weeks later, I stopped ordering another breakfast and was told by a very rude person that I could only get the French Toast Sticks meal when I explained that I didn't want it and was told that I could get a replacement of what I wanted her to tell me that I had to talk to a manager, it wasn't available. I wasn't here again after the customer service is terrible!
