The food here is excellent! I love the fact Pheap and Sodany have made such a huge success of their little enterprise. From their beginning not all that long ago in a difficult to access upstairs venue to today is a testament to their determination! They are new Canadians who recognize how fortunate we are to live in this country. They work hard and deserve every success! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Phad Thai:
Ordered takeout and told our server that my Wife had a soy allergy and to make sure that nothing had tofu. When we got home found that the Phad Thai had Tofu in it. When we phoned back they then argued that tofu has does not have soy in it, and basically telling me that I need to list every ingredient in their food that has soy (like I know every ingredient that they use). Huge portions and some of the best Thai food I had on the island if not very friendly staff and quick to help. highly recommended!
While eating was delicious and a lot of vegetarian dishes are available, the restaurant itself needs a considerable cleaning. Tables, walls and windows are greasy and spin weaving are on furniture and pictures. please clean and we come back and give better reviews

The pad thai at this place is great! I doubt you'll find bigger parts everywhere. this is authentic tasty comfort thai kitchen. the restaurant is something dated, but eating is more than for it.
Ordered take-out: red curry with prawns, double chicken, coconut rice, and an order of chicken satay. It was fantastic. The flavour of the curry was unreal. Chicken satay cooked perfectly with delicious peanut sauce. Total was 45$ with the extra protein added. I think I would have been disappointed if I didn’t add the extra meat. I ordered ‘hot’ but I’m wondering if they have an extra hot option as I didn’t find it very spicy. The rice was delicious and fluffy as well. 10/10 will be ordering again when I find myself in Duncan.
