Usually the employees are decent. The other night I had terrible service. They claimed that the same drink I've gotten there the last few times they never had. The lady and man were argumentive not allowing me to explain that I just got that drink from there the other day. He lied saying they never had the drink. I feel that it was an hour before they were closing and they just didn't want to make it. So I just left. View all feedback.
This place easily gets overwhelmed at peak times. Very little care was taken with our order. Almost nothing was right and multiple folks kept coming up complaining about incomplete or incorrect orders. We were there on a Saturday morning. The drive through was slower than going inside.
This location needs corporate help. Only one employee several mornings a week trying to do drive through and walk ins. Been in line for over 10 minutes to place a coffee order at the drive through. The ONE employee during the rush tries his best but needs help! Today after waiting I was told they have no size large cups either and we're sure happy to charge full price of the XL cup I was given as an alternate option. If you are just going to be this bad Dunkin, just go back to trying to get coffee and doughnuts right! Drop all the other stuff till then

This used to be one of my favorite spots but the customer service is terrible and the food has absolutely no distinction from what Dunkin used to be... ?
It took over 15min. Waiting in the drive through only one car infront of me., so I left and came back and waited another 10 minutes for 3 donuts and ice cream. Donuts were hard . Very bad time. In a drive through.
