Good lord I live in Alabama and they claim to be the best at sweat tea. Every time we visit this is the first busines we go to. Their is a variety of flavors, in either the glass or the jug, and if they don't have a jug of what you want the will make one for you. I love this place.

The customer service at this restaurant is excellent! I love coming here for my daily cup of tea!

I absolutely adore the tea at this place! They always go out of their way to fulfill my custom half sweet, half unsweetened order. I also appreciate the fact that you can try out all of their different flavors. The tea here is simply delicious!

I would not recommend stopping at this restaurant. It seems like the staff doesn't understand English very well, and there are limited options on the menu. Good luck.

The customer service at this restaurant is extremely lacking. When we went around 2 o'clock to place an order for teas, the girl taking our order was incredibly rude and rushed. She became frustrated and had an attitude when we had a larger order. After asking us to pull forward, the girl brought out our drinks in a rude manner and mentioned that they have an app we could use for future orders. We are well aware that many stores now have apps for ordering, but we chose the drive-thru for our convenience, not theirs.
