Came here on our last night. It was empty. I was told to try the Pork Sisig and so I did. Its actually pork ear hence the jelly fatty texture. It was quite yummy, slightly spicy with some peppers and it came sizzling. My boy had a breakfast platter which was a big portion. View all feedback.
What Jeonamae V doesn't like about Manong Kingko Food Park:
VERY POOR SERVICE. They take so so long to serve the food with no complimentary food/drink even just a water. The staff also make my family uncomfortable because they're always in a standby to get the plates to those who are finished eating even though the others are not yet done eating and as far as I know they should wait until we are done dining before they get the plates and clean the table. The only place where there 's Dr Pepper , my husband 's fave drink in US. French toast and lomi is really good. I like the pork sisig, too. Very good ambiance. Huge parking area and comfortable. Staffs need a little customer service training
We visited there at lunch time and ordered teriyaki rice, chicken sinigang pancit guisado. We were surprised when the food arrived in big serving considering its very affordable price. Their staff are friendly and accomodating, too. The cozy ambiance was a plus. Would love to go back (maybe at night when the band is playing).
We went there on last Sunday after the fiesta in Bacong. They had a live band playing which was great. The menu has a nice local to international selection. After asking the usual question if the calamares are fresh or frozen we ordered the fresh calamari and the giant pizza for us 3. After a short time the calamari arrived but they were unfortunately seemed not fresh and smelled and tasted a little fishy. My pinoy friends didn 't mind eating them but I did not touch them. Then the pizza arrived. The pizza had a great thin crust and fresh ingredients baked just right. The place was really busy, maybe because of the band and overall we really enjoyed this place and will be back.
This restaurant proved to be a nice surprise. Food was great, staff was friendly and accomodating. Truly a hidden gem!
