One of my favorite places to meet up at friends at night. They have a lot of food options and my favorite item is their croquetas. It is just divine. They also have great cocktails selection. They even have a pool table and some board games you can borrow if you want. Great ambiance and good service. View all feedback.
Really nice a small place to get a cold cold beer after walk on boulevard. Really clean
Tried various menus on the list... all were good. Shrimp tapa(? with garlic, Calamari (could 've used better oil , but sirloin tips tapa (tho a bit salty was the best for me. The last seafood (their specialty was ok because I was full by then and it was like seafood fried rice for two. But over all, I am giving 5 because of the service (forgot to ask for the waiter 's name . I might go back there again with my folks and try more of Sangria.
The space is okay. Their family pizza is really huge. They have a billiard table where you can play billiard but the space is so limited like you can't do any positions you want to hit a ball because there are cabinets and tall small tables near on it. But overall, we had a great dinner with out clients.

This tiny, yet elegant hole-in-the-wall is elevating the gastronomic options of Dumaguete to new standards, with their authentic tapas bar atmosphere, very good food and inexpensive cocktails. Stepping into Allegre feels like stepping into a little piece of Spain on what used to be the Philippines' most attractive seafront Boulevard. There's not much room inside but sitting at the bar is perfectly fine, sitting outside is a bit marred because traffic has become quite ridiculous here recently. The have a very small menu, but a great addition of daily specials which are the real winners of this place. Delicious ceviche, lovely chorizo, croquetas, and the star of all tapas dishes : morcilla, home made Spanish blood sausage, which really made me happy to see this rare dish (in Asia) on the menu. Prices are very reasonable, in line with Dumaguete's low level, with all dishes under 200 Php, and cocktails are tasty and downright cheap.
