Burger King - Duluth

I hah a wonderful experience here at this location. The manager was amazing with great customer service skills! I had a personal issue with my android phone and I wasn't able to log onto the wifi to access the burger Kong app. The manager comped me the order. Kudos to this Location and the manager!!

They are understaffed, but they are trying their best to fulfill every order in a timely manner! I stopped by earlier to pick up a delivery order for someone before the lunch rush, and the employees are polite and hardworking. There was only two people working today, and I noticed that it was mostly rude male customers being hostile towards BK employees about waiting in the drive-thru. To the two people working today, I hope you guys get a raise. I wish more people would have more empathy and patience for you guys.
