I was here for dinner with my friend/customer Firas Jabaly from Jordan and all his colleagues and friends. I was very impressed by the restaurant, very cool ambience and great Arabic food. Very nice service as well.Definitely the perfect place for a romantic or business dinner. I will go there again next time in Dusseldorf. Please check my pictures...Thank you once again Firas for the great company and spacial dinner... View all feedback.
What Liane Krauß doesn't like about ArabesQ:
The place is no doubt very beautiful. I have seldom seen such big and exotic restaurants in Düsseldorf. The staff was very hospitable as well. We were welcomed with scented semi-steamed little towels and a shot of some mint drink. They did not offer many chicken dishes on the menu but we ordered the only two they had. The presentation was very fancy, which is what caught our eye in the first place, but sadly the food... View all feedback.
Wonderful place to be, I loved the place on arrival and staff was very friendly. However, it fell short when we ordered and food was served, my reason for giving it stars only. I would have rated it higher if the price class was...a different one. The relationship between how the food was offered and tasted did not justify the price. The cocktails were good, but the rest quite bland and particularly the warm saffron yoghurt sauce for my meat not worth speaking off. It’s a shame as it is a really nice restaurant to be in.
The food , the place , the service were Absolutely amazing . We had the lamb and the tuna steak ,both dishes were exceptional
We were a party of adults for a birthday dinner including wheelchairs and dog. Huge restaurant with lots of space between tables and interestingly decorated. We were greeted at the door very pleasantly, given hot towels and peppermint tea before being shown to...our table a very personal service! Once we were seated it took quite some time to get drinks although we were early and the restaurant wasn‘t busy. Good selection of more unusual dishes on the menu. Starters huge selection of lots of different dips and tasters with tasty warm bread great for trying new things and all were extremely tasty. My main course (tuna) was tasty but delivered with lukewarm (risotto rice) which I returned. When it arrived hot it had obviously just been shoved in the microwave and was dry but at least hot. The others in the party all said their meals tasted good. No choice of desert as we had the menu but it was tasty however the mint tea I ordered to finish was also delivered lukewarm and again returned.
Very nice atmospheric restaurant with belly dance .rich interior, something between a museum and a palace.nice service, fantastic high quality food.the public parking across the road. We had visited this restaurant many times.
The setting of this restaurant is unusual. The architecture and decorations are exquisite, and provided a lovely setting for our meal for four. We had different starters (part of a medley system the restaurant uses) of small portions of various toppings--sort of a tapas...of toppings array. Three of us used the fixe prix menu option, but ordered different entrees (fish, chicken, lamb, and tuna steak). We shared a dessert of baklava and sweetened yogurt, and everything was tasty, and nicely presented. My only criticism is that the rissoto was overcooked and sticky, but I understand this is how German diners prefer it (definitely not the way for Italian diners though).
